Specimen Volume: 1 mL

Collection Instructions:

1. No preservative.

2. Label container with patient’s name (first and last), date of birth, medical record number, date of collection, and type of specimen. Patient’s chart label may replace the name, date of birth, and medical record number.

3. Specimen type and clinical data are required.
