Note: If fungal blood culture is desired, order Culture, Fungus, Blood.

Specimen Volume: 1 mL

Collection Instructions: Indicate specimen source.

Additional Information:

1. Eswab is acceptable for wound specimen.

2. Immediately deliver to laboratory.
