- Collection requirements for Troponin T High-Sensitivity Series
- 2hr order collected within 90 minutes of baseline or more than 3 hours from baseline
- 4hr order collected within 3 hours of baseline or more than 5 hours from baseline
- 6hr order collected within 5 hours of baseline or more than 7 hours from baseline
- Lipid Reflex Criteria
- Any 2hr, 4hr or 6hr delta Trop T hs < -19 ng/L
- Any 2hr, 4hr or 6hr pct delta Trop T hs < -19 %
- Any 2hr, 4hr or 6hr delta Trop T hs > 19 ng/L
- Any 2hr, 4hr or 6hr pct delta Trop T hs > 19%
- Patient > 18 years old
- Within 14 days on the current encounter
