    1. 2hr order collected within 90 minutes of baseline or more than 3 hours from baseline
    2. 4hr order collected within 3 hours of baseline or more than 5 hours from baseline
    3. 6hr order collected within 5 hours of baseline or more than 7 hours from baseline

 

  1. Lipid Reflex Criteria  
  1. Any 2hr, 4hr or 6hr delta Trop T hs < -19 ng/L
  2. Any 2hr, 4hr or 6hr pct delta Trop T hs < -19 %
  3. Any 2hr, 4hr or 6hr delta Trop T hs > 19 ng/L
  4. Any 2hr, 4hr or 6hr pct delta Trop T hs > 19%
  5. Patient > 18 years old
  6. Within 14 days on the current encounter
