Testing Algorithm
This test screens for polyspecific anti-IgG,-C3. If positive, the individual anti-IgG and anti-C3 testing to determine the source of reactivity will be performed at an additional charge.
If DAT is positive, and patient has been transfused at MBMC in the past 21 days or if the physician requests, then an elution and antibody identification will be performed at an additional charge.
