Collection Instructions: Draw blood 30 minutes before next dose. PEAK and TROUGH levels should be scheduled around the same dose.

- GPC synergy refers to the synergistic effect of aminoglycosides with other antibiotics in treating infections caused by gram positive cocci (e.g. Enterococcus).
