Collection Instructions: Collection time is AFTER dose administration as follows:
-Intramuscular: 1 hour
-Intravenous: 30 minutes after infusion (Check with nurse for length of infusion. PEAK and TROUGH levels should be scheduled around the same dose.)
-STAT blood specimen is drawn immediately
-BASELINE blood specimen is drawn at time specified by physician
