Specimen Type: Tissue; bone; aspirate; lymph node; stone 
Container/Tube: Sterile container-Culturette, Port-a cul vial, or formalin is not acceptable.

Specimen Volume: Visible Specimen

Collection Instructions:

1. A small amount of sterile non-bacteriostatic saline may be added to prevent drying of minute biopsy specimen.

2. Indicate specimen source.
