Container/Tube:
Preferred: Plastic, screw-capped container
Acceptable: Diaper or soiled bedding
Collection Volume: 1 gram
If specimen is soaked into diaper/bedding send article that specimen has soaked into.
Special Instructions:
Specimen must be grossly bloody (either pink or red).
Deliver specimen to lab promptly. DO NOT send thru pneumatic tube system.
